Dr. Stan DeKoven, M.F.T., is the Founder and President of Vision International Education Services, Inc, and is President of Vision International University. Dr. Stan has served as a pastor, has authored over 35 books on a variety of subjects, is an international conference speaker, a respected and dynamic teacher of the Word, and a leader of leaders. Dr. DeKoven is a state-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).

Lois Richter, with Don, co-founded HPIM.  As part of teaching teams she has traveled in Africa, Cuba and Mexico.   She leads teams to do women's conferences in many states in Mexico.  However, her love and passion is ministering to and encouraging leaders in their role; first in their homes and then in their congregations. She is a spiritual mother to many among the nations where HPIM travels.

Pastor Dwight Bennett, Dwight has a passion to communicate God's word in a manner that people can understand and use in their daily life situations.   Pastor Dwight believes God is the same yesterday, today and in our futures.  He believes God is still in the mode of answering prayers and doing miracles.

Pastor Mike Ross,  Mike was ordained as a Pastor in 1990 and was sent to East Liverpool, Ohio, where he founded Hope Christian Fellowship.  Mike’s strengths are leadership, strategic planning, and church development, all founded upon a Biblical world view. He has helped to develop churches in his local region, and in other areas of the United States and the world—fulfilling the calling that God had spoken to him as a young child.

Pastor Chuck Hamilton, Chuck is senior pastor at the Upper Room Fellowship in Ohio.  Since the early 1980’s pastor Chuck has been involved in training leaders around the world with Harvest Preparation International Ministries.  Pastor Chuck has ministered, train, equip and encouraged leaders through seminars and conferences.   He has ministered in Mexico, Cuba, Kenya, India, Nepal, Uganda, and Rwanda.

Pastor Carol Missik, Carol was called into the ministry in 1982, serving as an evangelist, mission’s pastor and senior pastor of the Living Word Church in Sharon, Pa.   She is currently the founder and director of Operation Capital City, taking intercessory prayer teams to the capitals of all 32 of Mexico’s states.

Don Richter, Don is the founder and Executive Director of Harvest Preparation International Ministries, Don served as the founding Pastor of Mid-Hudson Christian Church in Wallkill, New York, for 22 years.  His heart is focused on the ministry of the Local Church around the world.  Don has authored two books, “Overcoming the attack of the Jezebel spirit” and “Remember Me”, Publisher Xulon Press.

Reuben Beachy, Reuben is the Associate Director of Harvest Preparation International Ministries.  He pastored a Mennonite Church in Sarasota for7 years. Traveling since 1990 internationally training and developing Christian leaders.  His passion is to see the church rise to the occasion bringing transformation to the spheres of influence in our society.
